How to Print Single W2 in Banner
- Go to PXAW2CC
- Enter the following:
- Employee T#
- Tax year for W2
- Employer Code = S45
- Sequence Number 鈥� use search option (3 dots button) to find the sequence number
- Click Go
- On the next screen, click 鈥淭ools鈥� in the upper right
- Select 鈥淒isplay W2/W2c鈥�
听
- A new tab will open and once request is processed a PDF version of the W2 will display.
- Print PDF to local printer
- Mail PDF to requestor
听
How To Print Single 1095-C in Banner
- Go to PDAHIOC
- Enter the following:
- Employee T#
- Tax year for 1095-C
- Click Go
- On the next screen, click 鈥淭ools鈥� in the upper right
- Select 鈥淒isplay 1095-C鈥�
听
- A new tab will open and once request is processed a PDF version of the 1095-C will display.
- Print PDF to local printer
- Mail PDF to requestor
听
