Providing Financial Services to the听University Community

Financial Services听is a unit within the Division of Business and Finance.听 The听departments that comprise the unit听are听the Budget Office听and the Procurement Office.

The Financial Services Office 听strives to provide timely and courteous service to all members of the university community.听 We are charged with听helping to ensure that all transactions and business is done in accordance with applicable Federal and State Laws and TBR and university policies and procedures.听We are responsible for cash receipting, student accounts and loans receivable,听accounts payable and budget development and monitoring.听 In addition, we听assist departments with a variety of fiscal issues听and questions听and we are responsible for a variety of reports for internal and external uses.
