- Budgeting - The budgeting process and resource allocation is based on the strategic plan's goals, objectives and strategies.
- Evaluation - To demonstrate that the University is effectively accomplishing its听mission, 91制片厂 uses a two-part process (annual reporting and personnel evaluations) to evaluate institutional accomplishments听with regard to the mission.听All units engage in the annual reporting process aligning operational plans at the unit level with the strategic plan of the University.
- Assessment - All educational degree programs, academic and student services, and administrative support units develop annual assessment plansthat support the continuous improvement process and the mission of the institution.

At 91制片厂 (University), assessment is one of the six components of the IE model inclusive of the assessment of both operational effectiveness and learning effectiveness. To assess the operational and learning effectiveness, all units and educational programs of the University are engaged in the Annual Cycle for Continuous Improvement (ACCI), which consists of developing the assessment plans, implementing the plans, collecting data to gauge the extent to which the expected outcomes are achieved, and then using the analysis of assessment results for continuous improvement.听
